34 State Authorities and Tribal Leaders Challenge Kalshi in Legal Battle
A total of 34 state authorities have united to oppose Kalshi in their ongoing legal battle over sports event contracts. Alongside the states, the District of Columbia and the Northern Mariana Islands have also joined forces by filing an amicus brief in the New Jersey court.
