Las Vegas-based Clarity Game Nevada, LLC has officially announced the completion of its acquisition of Stockman’s Casino operations on April 1, 2025. This final step in the transaction follows the initial land and asset deal that was finalized in September 2024.
Exciting Changes Ahead for Stockman’s Casino
Stockman’s Casino, a well-established establishment in downtown Fallon since 1955, is set to undergo significant changes under the new ownership. The casino plans to introduce renovations, add new slot machines, and revamp its spaces to enhance the overall gaming and entertainment experience for its patrons.
Clarity Game, LLC, headed by Nevada natives David Ross and Michael Gaughan III, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With over 30 years of combined experience in senior management roles at prominent casinos like Coast Casinos, Affinity Gaming, and JW Marriott & Rampart Casino, Ross and Gaughan are well-equipped to lead Stockman’s Casino into a new era.
Expansion of Clarity’s Gaming Portfolio
The acquisition of Stockman’s Casino marks Clarity’s third successful casino acquisition within the span of six months. The organization is actively seeking gaming opportunities not only in Nevada but also across the United States.
David Ross expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating, “Mike and I have always been keen on operating casinos in Northern Nevada, given our deep connections to the area. The historic charm of Fallon made the opportunity with Stockman’s Casino all the more appealing.”

Strategic Acquisition from Full House Resorts
Clarity Game, LLC acquired Stockman’s Casino from Full House Resorts, which had initially purchased the property back in 2007. The agreement between Full House Resorts and Clarity Game, LLC was finalized in September 2024, with the total gross proceeds amounting to approximately $9.2 million.
The asset sale comprised two transactions: the sale of Stockman’s real property for $7 million and the remaining operating assets for $2.2 million. As part of the agreement, Full House Resorts agreed to pay a monthly rent of $50,000 to Clarity until the completion of the acquisition.
Exciting Plans for the Future
Michael Gaughan III shared his vision for Stockman’s Casino, stating, “Our immediate focus is on ensuring a seamless transition for our team members and guests. All the rewards and benefits that players enjoyed previously will remain intact.”
“Looking ahead, we have exciting plans in store, including the introduction of new slot machines and a complete redesign of the casino spaces to offer a more thrilling gaming experience,” Gaughan added.
Stockman’s Casino currently offers a range of amenities, including 188 slot machines, virtual table games, sports betting, and the popular Stockman’s Café. The casino operates around the clock, while the café welcomes guests from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
